This warranty covers the following aspects of our products:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including:

Changes in the product’s appearance or texture due to aging.

Changes in the product’s shape due to normal wear and tear.

Changes in the appearance of painted or chrome-plated parts due to normal wear and tear.

Damage to or loss of items inside the saddle bag.

Additionally, we do not cover any damage or malfunction caused by accidents or improper use of the product.

The general functionality of all components, including locks, housings, bases, and connectors.

The functionality of all mounting accessories, provided they have been used correctly in accordance with the instructions.

Product construction, including the integrity of the lining, stitching, and frame.

If the product you receive develops any issues related to the three items listed above within 180 days of purchase, we will be happy to send you replacement parts or replace the product with a brand-new one.
